Behind the Spreads:

Hi, I’m Jillian, Founder of The Seattle Spread! My charcuterie journey began on the beaches of Spain, where I fell in love with tapas, manchego, and the magic of sharing food. What started as a simple passion has grown into a full-time love affair with grazing tables that blend creativity, flavor, and joy.

With an eye for detail and a flair for the over-the-top, I’m honored to bring beautifully curated spreads to your events and tables.

Thrilled you found your way here—let’s bring your vision to life.

so, What’s a Grazing table?

A grazing table is a bountiful and appealing spread of assorted foods including cheeses, cured meats, fruits, nuts, and other delectable bites, designed for guests to graze and enjoy at their leisure.

& What's the hype?

Grazing tables are more cost-effective than catering appetizers for events due to their efficient ingredient utilization and ability to cater to diverse dietary preferences, offering a budget-friendly and inclusive option.

Why You need a grazing table at your event:

Grazing tables do the heavy lifting—effortlessly chic, undeniably social, and impossible to ignore. With curated meats, cheeses, and a few sweet surprises, they turn any gathering into “the” moment.
